Refund policy
Emballage strives to ensure all orders are packed and delivered in pristine condition. Should an item arrive damaged please send us an email at hello@emballage.com.au as soon as possible with photographs of the damage sustained.
We will happily arrange replacement, exchange or refund for goods that are faulty or incorrectly supplied when notified within 5 working days from receipt of your order. Please contact us at hello@emballage.com.au with your order number and details of the fault or incorrect shipment.
Emballage reserves the right to refuse a return or refund on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
