Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed and packed next business day. At busy times, it can take up to three days for orders to be processed and dispatched to you.
If you supplied your email and/or mobile phone number when you placed your order, you will receive notifications as your order is processed and dispatched.
In Australia, we recommend you allow up to 7 business days for your order to reach you. For New Zealand customers, please allow up to 20 days from your order to reach you.
For Australian and New Zealand deliveries, standard or express shipping rates are applied to all orders up to the value of $74.99. Orders $75 or over will receive complimentary express shipping. Purchasing express shipping will not expediate the time it takes to process and send your order.
For other international deliveries, shipping rates are shown in the checkout, exclusive of international duties and taxes. All international parcels are counted as ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’ (or DDU), which means that the receiver has to pay for any potential duties or charges associated with the parcel.
Where incorrect shipping details are provided by the customer at the time of purchase, standard or express (whichever is appropriate) shipping rates will be charged to resend the order.
Emballage is not responsible for any goods damaged or stolen during transit and once delivery has been confirmed.
